We are interested in the environment, sustainability, the fate of other living beings, enjoying life, being better than what we are. In this broader sense, the current food system is a wasteland. The reasons for opposing it go beyond the harm it inflicts on the people and communities caught in it. The way we eat today also fuels systematic animal cruelty, demands unsustainable levels of energy and water exploitation, contributes to global warming, and provides a breeding ground for illness, as well as limiting our compassion and sensual pleasure.

Working on board yachts adds yet another dimension, a different perspective, and the opportunity to work surrounded by nature and in close contact with another of my greatest passions: the sea.

All of this is the soul of my work and certainly what makes it unique and exciting.
